My journey to financial coaching began with a spark ignited during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many, I found myself with extra time and a growing curiosity about the world of personal finance. I dived headfirst into a sea of books, podcasts, and videos, absorbing everything I could about the topic. Through this deep dive, a clear vision emerged: I wanted to empower others to take control of their financial well-being.
At the time, my career path looked quite different. I was pursuing my passion for skiing, working for two years at an indoor snowdome in Castleford, teaching skiers of all levels. This passion even led me to a season in Val d'Isère, where I completed a coaching course, earning my Level 3 BASI ski qualification and Level 1 BASI snowboard qualification. Ironically, it was in this snowy haven that my financial aspirations crystallised. Conversations with people working in the financial advice industry sparked a realistion: this was where my true calling lay.
Returning home, I immediately took action, booking my first CII exam. Since then, I've successfully achieved the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. This accomplishment ignited a new question: how could I help the greatest number of people unlock the potential hidden within their finances?
The answer came in the form of financial coaching. However, I also recognised a potential risk. The unregulated landscape of financial coaching in the UK concerned me. I saw the potential for vulnerable consumers to be misled, and I knew I could make a difference.
That's why I'm dedicated to providing a different kind of financial coaching experience. I offer individuals the opportunity to work with a qualified professional, someone with a deep understanding of not only financial products and investments, but also the intricacies of crafting a comprehensive financial plan. My goal is to guide clients towards achieving their goals by identifying knowledge gaps and providing targeted support where they need it most.
I firmly believe that with the right guidance, anyone can significantly improve their quality of life, both today and tomorrow. I'm here to provide that guidance, empowering you to take control of your financial future and build the life you deserve.
In an ever-evolving financial landscape, I recognised a significant gap in access to quality financial information.
Through financial coaching I aim to educate as many individuals of all ages about their unique financial circumstances, to help them make better informed decisions and plan for a prosperous future.
Offering financial coaching at a great price, ensures the majority of people can achieve their financial goals at a price to value which is unparalleled.
The guidance you get when you work with me, enables you to achieve your financial goals and enhance your financial well-being.
Let’s work together to build your prosperous future.
